Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery:
Turkey: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SENLITES eyewear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window: You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Shipping: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
